Today is International Women’s Day and I am in Aruba, about to talk with an amazing group of women who, just like the women in my hometown in Canada, want a better life for themselves . . . and for their daughters.
But there are still millions of women around the world who are not able to dream their greatest dreams for themselves and their daughters . . . women who cannot celebrate their strengths, speak out against their injustices, or use their voice to evoke change. There are still millions of women who have no rights, who cannot vote, own property, get an education, or even have say over their own bodies.
