You are in the right place if you are thinking about becoming a certified empowerment coach or you just want to become more empowered yourself. The S.W.A.T. Institute (Simply Woman Accredited Trainer) is the premier empowerment coach certification worldwide, exclusively for women. Our next start date is January 2020.
Ranked #1 on Google globally, we have been empowering women since 2009 and we're in over 45 countries. Our curriculum is the most comprehensive and complete, and our dedication to our students, graduates, staff, and mentorship empowerment coaching clients is unprecedented. Your success is our success!
Through a series of specific questions, processes, meditations, and interventions, we teach our empowerment coaches how to shift their client into a more empowered place (also known as higher levels of consciousness) where they can look at the same dilemma, challenge, or frustration from a different perspective to make a more empowered decision. Empowerment Coaching is effective in dealing with any area of life from inner struggles, and self-esteem to relationships, parenting, health, wealth, weight loss, etc. The results are sometimes shockingly fast and unparalleled to any other style of coaching.
Why Empowering Women Matters Matters So Much?
Empowerment equals choice. When you take away choice, you take away empowerment. When you think you have no choice, you disempower yourself. Our coach certifications are for any woman who wants to not only improve her own life, she wants to develop the confidence to better empower others and to evoke change, all while being apart of a global movement and sisterhood of women who are movers and shakers in their lives and industries. Established in 2009, we're now in over 45 countries.
Women are being called right now, like never before in our history (herstory). The Dalai Lama came to Canada in 2009 and told a sold-out Vancouver Peace Summit that the Western woman will heal the world. We believed him. Our founder, Crystal Andrus Morissette knew it was time to build a coaching program that would do just that... heal the world one woman at a time. We are the new SWAT -'Special Weapons And Tactical' - and we're empowering women to step fully into their power, to heal any limiting beliefs, and to advance her confidence, ambitions, and happiness.
Women are different than men. We all know that. And women must have a safe place to do the work needed to become her greatest Self. At the S.W.A.T. Institute, we don't just empower women, we give her tangible tools and training, both live, recorded, video and audio-only, one-on-one support, feedback and constructive next steps, including processes and interventions so she can make a difference in her life, family, home, community, and the world at large. We aren't just a certification program, we are the next era of the women's movement.
We are a global coalition of women empowering women. We are Simply...Woman!

You can have up to three calls with each coach!
Our Mentorship Coaches have all completed their Empowerment Coach training at the S.W.A.T. Institute and are beginning to build their own coaching practice. But before they can graduate they must complete 30 practice hours or three calls per client with ten women.
Our Mentorship Empowerment Coaches have already spent countless hours learning the empowerment process and this is the perfect way for them to perfect their skills and for you to get the support and empowerment you need at no charge. Win-win! This is even for the most empowered woman to take advantage of. We would love to coach you!
But before signing up, you'll need to agree to a few things:
I will respond to the email when my Mentor Empowerment Coach reaches out to me to say Yes or No to the time offered.
If I confirm a day and time to be coached, I will respect the appointment and show up on time.
Calls are completed over the phone or web (not in person) and are recorded only for training/critic purposes. They will never be shared except perhaps with our Professor of Coaching.
I understand my Mentor Coach is still in training and she must complete 3 (three) Mentorship Coaching Calls with me.
If I don't connect well with my coach, I can request a new coach. However, I know that I am expected to complete a short written review of the call.
I can request additional Mentorship Empowerment Coaching at no charge via the S.W.A.T. Institute.
If I connect with my Mentor Coach, I can choose to carry on with her once she graduates for an additional fee -- as per her agreement. However, this is not expected or suggested. There are no hidden fees or upsells. This is a true win-win.
Our Mentorship Coaching Program is one of the most beautiful aspects of The S.W.A.T. Institute!
We offer free personal empowerment coaching to any woman, living anywhere in the world! There are no hidden fees, agendas, or up-sells.
Whether you need to get insight, guidance, support, or you simply want to get a better idea of what “empowerment coaching” is all about, our amazing S.W.A.T. Empowerment Coaches are here for you!
