Begin at the root, where shame, guilt, apathy, and grief can keep a woman disconnected from her power. Red is primal: it can communicate strength, passion, courage, and vitality — or danger, aggression, and urgency when overused. Here, you'll reconnect with your body, understand the patterns that have protected you, and build the self-trust to stand firmly in who you are. As a coach, you'll learn to meet women in vulnerable emotions without judging, fixing, or rescuing; for your clients, you become a grounded presence where truth can finally feel safe. And because your business is an extension of you, this is where your identity, story, values, and personal brand begin taking root.
From fear comes desire; from desire, anger; from anger, pride — and suddenly there is movement. Orange can feel warm, creative, playful, social, and alive — but too much can feel loud, immature, or less sophisticated. Here, you'll explore what you want, what you've been afraid to want, and what happens when you give yourself permission to feel fully again. As a coach, you'll learn to recognize the emotional energy beneath a woman's choices; for your clients, you'll help turn fear and frustration into awareness and forward motion. Your business begins flowing too as you explore money, creativity, possibility, the women you want to serve, and the life and impact you want your work to create.
This is the turning point: courage and neutrality. Yellow can communicate optimism, confidence, clarity, and visibility — yet too much can become cautionary, anxious, or overstimulating. Here, you'll strengthen your boundaries, decision-making, leadership, and ability to act from truth rather than fear. As a coach, you'll master the Empowerment Coaching principles, processes, and interventions that move women from stuck to self-led; for your clients, you become the coach who can remain grounded and neutral enough to help them find their own answers. In business, courage becomes practical: show up, make decisions, practise your craft, become visible, and begin believing, I can actually do this.
Willingness opens the door; acceptance changes everything. Green can communicate growth, harmony, health, renewal, and abundance — although the wrong shade can feel bland, overly earthy, or disconnected from the sophistication of your brand. Here, you'll discover how what you've lived may have prepared you to serve someone else. As a coach, willingness and acceptance allow you to hold compassionate space without fixing or forcing; for your clients, they create room for real change without shame. And in your business, heart meets strategy as you discover your niche, ideal client, message, brand personality, colours, and the emotional experience you want women to have when they encounter your work.
Reason gives your truth clarity; love gives it power. Blue can communicate trust, calm, intelligence, credibility, and authority — but too much can feel cold, corporate, predictable, or emotionally distant. Here, you'll learn to speak what you know and express what you feel without abandoning either your heart or your wisdom. As a coach, you'll strengthen your ability to listen, ask powerful questions, and hold courageous conversations; for your clients, you model what it looks like to have a voice without overpowering someone else. In business, your voice becomes your brand as you refine your messaging, offers, discovery calls, content, visual identity, marketing, and visibility.
Joy and peace change the way you see everything. Indigo can communicate wisdom, intuition, depth, insight, and vision — yet taken too far, it can feel mysterious, inaccessible, or more “woo” than your ideal client is ready for. Here, you'll integrate everything you've learned and deepen your trust in your own knowing. As a coach, your 30 mentorship coaching calls, practice, and feedback move you from knowing the tools to embodying them; for your clients, you learn to listen beneath the words, recognize patterns, and hold space for possibility without taking away their power. Your business vision sharpens too as your offers, client experience, direction, and bigger purpose come into focus.
At the crown sits enlightenment — a deeper understanding of yourself, your work, and the interconnectedness of it all. White can communicate clarity, simplicity, sophistication, spaciousness, and possibility — but without warmth or contrast, it can also feel sterile, empty, or impersonal. Here, the woman, the coach, and the entrepreneur come together.
