If you had mostly A's...

You're a Light Connector! The Light Connectors, on the other hand, are the ultra networkers—the social butterflies. They love spreading the light! They, too, have expanded or transcended their disempowered Emotional Sub-Archetypes and are excited about sharing people, products, services, and/or causes they love!

The Light Connectors are always joining or attending conferences, meetings, events, groups, social/business dates, etc. They know “who’s who,” what’s trending, and what’s cutting edge. And if they love you, they will tell the world! These people need to be in the action. Life is all about connecting the dots. With a business card, smartphone, and extensive contact list at their fingertips, they do their best work: “You need to meet so and so! I’m not sure why, but I think the two of you could do amazing things together!”

The Light Connectors don’t necessarily write the books or invent the products but when they love something, they’ll share it as though it’s their own. Event organizers, salespeople, brokers, bloggers, philanthropists, fund-raisers, real estate agents, flight attendants, social media experts, servers, agents, managers, promoters, supporters, coordinators, publicists, and marketing executives are the Light Connectors of the world.

Remember, being a Light Connector is different than simply being a networker. Light Connectors have expanded their Emotional Edge and are using their great energy and outgoing personalities to expand the Light—to expand consciousness!

If you had mostly B's...

You're a Light Worker! Edith Wharton broke through limits of late-nineteenth, early twentieth century society to become one of America’s greatest writers—and this at a time when women had no rights. She explains the Light Worker’s purpose in this way: “There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.” The Light Worker is the candle!

Light Workers love to be up front and center—expanding consciousness and spreading the Light! They thrive in the spotlight. They aren’t seeking attention seeking, they’re following their calling. The bigger the crowd, the greater they shine! The Light Worker is a conduit of consciousness, allowing Creative Energy to flow through them. They may be shy or quiet in their personal lives (although, not necessarily) but once they step onto the stage, so to speak, they and the collective consciousness—the Light—expands. They are passionate about “waking people up!” They shine brightly!

The Light Workers are our artists, actors, singers, musicians, comedians, writers, journalists, directors, professors, motivational speakers, spokespeople, teachers, clergy, politicians, designers, carpenters, chefs, stylists, creative directors, dancers, radio or TV hosts, chief executive officers, even professional athletes—people comfortable standing up and standing out.

Similar to both of the Light Protectors and the Light Connectors, the Light Workers have done the work, have healed the wounds, and they are ready and willing to share their Light—liberating others to shine brightly, too!

If you had mostly C's...

You're a Light Protector! The Light Protectors are protectors of the Light! They have mastered the balancing act of give and take. And although they give of themselves, true Light Protectors don’t give up themselves. Often referred to as the “salt of the earth,” you can count on these people. They have strength, conviction, integrity, and accountability. If a Light Protector offers to help you, you’re in good hands! Most often, these people are the expanded Parent Archetype.

Light Protectors are never bullies or perpetrators, although they have no tolerance for violence or exploitation. These are many of our unsung (s)heroes: doctors, firefighters, police officers, nurses, paramedics, detectives, judges, prosecutors, producers, publishers, naturopaths, scientists, those in research and development, photographers, videographers, environmentalists, pilots, dentists, editors, volunteers, advocates, executive assistants, accountants, principals, managers, chief operations officers, coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, chiropractors, trainers, farmers, health-care providers, lawyers, librarians, and so on.

Caretaking, protecting, and nurturing come naturally to the Light Protectors, but they are not martyrs, victims, or rescuers to anyone.

Remember... 

Once you realize which of the three Career Strategies you fall under, you can relax and embrace what comes naturally to you. You no longer feel pressure to do or be something you're not. You start showing up as your authentic Self! 

This is where the magic happens!

The best part is that each of the three categories is equally as "important" as the other! The fact is, we aren't all meant to be front and center, and yet, if you are, you'll be able to sink into your own inner safety and confidence.
