No. MECC is not therapy training. Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and is delivered by licensed clinicians. Empowerment Coaching, as taught in MECC, is future-focused and growth-oriented. We work with emotional awareness, nervous-system regulation, identity development, leadership capacity, and conscious choice — not clinical diagnosis or psychological treatment. MECC coaches support clients in expanding their lives; they do not treat mental illness. Coaches are trained to understand scope of practice and to refer clients to licensed professionals when appropriate.

Yes. MECC is a trauma-informed, non-clinical Empowerment Coaching certification. This means students are trained to recognize nervous-system patterns, emotional triggers, and trauma responses — and to coach in ways that prioritize safety, consent, and regulation. Trauma-informed does not mean trauma treatment. It means understanding how past experiences impact present behavior, and coaching responsibly within scope while referring out when clinical support is needed.

No. Many women enter MECC feeling called but uncredentialed. Others are already practicing coaches, therapists, nurses, doctors, executives, or facilitators. MECC meets you where you are and expands your capacity from there.

You do not leave the ecosystem. Graduates enter the Alumna Circle, continue in the monthly Millionaire Mastermind, and remain connected to the learning platform, mentorship coaching, sisterhood, live calls, and leadership pathways within the Institute.

MECC runs live on Zoom 50 weeks a year, with weekly classes, embodiment sessions, coaching, and integration. This is immersive training — not information consumption.

Students are given 36 months to complete their certification, coaching hours, and professional website build. Mastery takes time. Embodiment takes repetition. Real results require integration.

We are committed to producing competent, confident coaches — not rushed certifications.

Additional time may be purchased if needed. Once you graduate, there are no ongoing certification fees.
