The SW Retreat is in Greenbank, Ontario. It is:

• 60 minutes east, door-to-door from the Toronto Pearson International Airport
• 30 minutes north of Whitby
• 60 minutes south of Orillia
• Seven minutes between Port Perry + Uxbridge

No matter what way you're coming, it is a direct route and is a very simple and easy ride (if you choose to rent your own vehicle or want to drive alone. No fear!). There are many different routes that will get you to our location. So we will give you the exact address upon registration. 

Your day includes a light continental breakfast, coffee, tea, and water; a journal + pen; live music all day with Natalie Hughes; a delicious seated lunch and tour of Crystal's home; incredible processes, meditations, and interventions designed to take you on a journey of self-discovery and clarity. We will finish off back at Crystal's home for a bonfire and burning ritual, weather permitting. For years, this retreat sold for $797, but since Covid, we haven't held one. Women RAVE about the lunch menu! Crystal and her daughter Madelaine make all the food from scratch, and the recipes are all Crystal's.... You can expect many sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options, as well as salmon, chicken, shrimp, beef, and tofu. Included is:

• Butternut squash soup
• Warm curried potato + chickpea
• Tabouleh
• Gluten-free pasta with skim milk mozzarella cheese, spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, and Italian herbs
• Broccoli + brown rice with oranges, sweet peppers + roasted pine nuts
• Sweet potato + asparagus with chilli dressing + roasted pecans
• Couscous with cucumber + mint
• Shrimp ring + seafood sauce
• Grilled tofu + sesame seeds
• Bok choy salad with roasted almonds, sesame seeds, and pine nuts
• Hummus and whole wheat pita
• Maple-glazed salmon
• Greek chicken + tatziki

If you're planning on making a weekend out of it, here are some overnight options that are close by:

• The Piano Cafe & Inn - This beautiful little inn + cafe is a historical land site on the main strip of downtown Port Perry. It has three upscale rooms situated directly above the restaurant. • There are also many Airbnbs in the area. The closest towns on either side of Greenbank, Ontario, are Port Perry and Uxbridge. Once you've registered, you can join our private FB group to see if any of the other participants want to connect or to arrange dinner together on Friday evening.

• There is also the Blue Heron Casino and Hotel located on Scugog Island (about a 15-minute drive from Greenbank)

The dress code is as comfortable as you can be—but don't forget how good you feel when you take the time to fix yourself up. You will instantly be aware of the high levels of love and support floating around the room. We will be moving our bodies in a bit of SWAY (yoga), but nothing major or challenging. So, a dress is perfectly acceptable if you wear a dress! Bring a sweater to be on the safe side and comfortable clothes for the bonfire afterward at Crystal's.

The day will begin in the morning session at 9 am at the Retreat Center, so please park your car in the large parking lot and come on in. There will be fresh fruit, muffins, coffee and tea waiting. Please get yourself something to eat! We will head over to Crystal's home for a seated lunch. And then we'll finish off the day back at Crystal's home around 6 pm for a little bonfire, weather permitting.

Feel free to bring a yoga mat if you want to sit on the floor at times during the day. A journal and pen will be provided. There will be one-on-one and group sharing. You will leave knowing your next steps and what courage would have you do. ❤️
