Crystal's Corner: Healing the Split

During this short clip, Crystal talks about how even some of the most high-resonating women she's coached can struggle with misalignment in their lives. Like trying to force the two north poles of a magnet together, oftentimes we face resistance between our Mother Energy and Daughter Energy -- something that Crystal calls 'the split.'

As coaches, it's our job to use the right tools and ask the right questions to unravel a person's 'stories', dive deeper into their surface, external problems, and identify where they're facing a split in their lives. When we heal the split, it's like flipping the magnet over, and rather than feeling resistance, every aspect of our lives becomes massively easier - something that we at The S.W.A.T. Institute call our Woman Energy.
