After graduating with a 4.5 GPA in Public Relations, Madelaine Dantas went on to work for the Children’s Wish Foundation, and the Abilities Centre. She was a Managing Editor of her schools Alumni Magazine called Reflections, which was distributed to over 80,000 graduates, as well as a chair on her program’s fundraising committee. With an avid interest in nutrition, women's empowerment, and self-help, The S.W.A.T. Institute was the perfect fit. After joining the team in 2017, today Madelaine is the Operations Manager at The S.W.A.T. Institute, as well as an Assistant Professor in our brand-new Master Empowerment Coach Certification (MECC). She is also Crystal’s eldest daughter.

Britta Aragon is a passionate Master Purpose + Vision Coach. As the Admissions Director at the S.W.A.T. Institute, Britta often does a deep dive helping students dismantle their fears and self-limiting beliefs so they can create a life beyond their wildest dreams. A Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer survivor, Britta wrote her first book, When Cancer Hits, in 2012. At 40, Britta took her own huge leap of faith, leaving her marriage, selling her million-dollar business, and put all her belongings from her NYC apartment in a storage unit except two suitcases. Over the next 18 months, she solo traveled to 12 countries and reclaimed the life her soul was searching for. Now, a single vibrant woman living in Miami, Florida, Britta spends her days walking the beach, planning her world-class destination retreats, and guiding women to living their most authentic truth. Antonietta Mannarino holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in child studies, as well as a Bachelor of Education. She is also a graduate in police technology and a personal trainer. She works every day to defy the stereotype of a person living with a chronic medical condition. A Master Empowerment Coach for those living with a chronic illness, and for women, she is a teacher at heart who loves to travel.  She loves to hike the many trails around her town with her partner and works out on a daily basis. She believes a balance to everything in life is key to enjoying life to its fullest. Antonietta resides in beautiful British Columbia with her loving soulmate, two cats, and two dogs named Piglet and Big Ben.

Sarah Atkinson is a people leader with 10+ years of experience. Well-versed in the development of process automation and streamlining procedures. In addition to her love for business, she is also very passionate about self-healing, nature, and art. Sarah is our Mentorship Coach Coordinator. Sarah has participated in our Personal Empowerment Coach Certification, has her degree in Political Science, and is the mother of 3 amazing kids. 

Warrior, Woman, Mother, Wife, Lover of Life, and Breast Cancer Survivor are just a few ways to describe Master Empowerment Coach (in-training), Catherine Hosein. After being diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of only 29, Catherine said goodbye to a part of her body that gave her confidence, joy, and comfort. Then, after her double mastectomy and losing such a big part of her identity, Catherine experienced a breaking-open process that ultimately changed and expanded her life in the most remarkable ways. Catherine has rediscovered her most authentic, joyful, real Self. Catherine's message is that we are so much more than our outer beauty, and her passion for empowering other women is palpable. Catherine is a proud mama to three great kids, one daughter born after her cancer diagnosis, and a loving wife to her wonderful husband. 

Aaron spent ten years in post-secondary education, studying Theology and Philosophy at the University of Toronto before graduating with Honors in Operations Management while completing his CITT designation. After leaving a management position at General Motors, he became the Director of Operations for Crystal Andrus Productions Inc. and is the CFO for The S.W.A.T. Institute. Aaron enjoys living in the country. In his spare time, he loves playing baseball in the summer and hockey in the winter and jamming out regularly on his drums, guitar, and bongos. He is also married to Crystal Andrus Morissette.
