Together with my daughters, Madelaine and Julia, I've created a one-of-a-kind three-day experience filled with transformational experiences, sacred rituals, meaningful conversations, live music, movement, beauty, sisterhood, incredible food, and a little bit of Simply...Woman magic woven into every moment. Every detail has been carefully chosen. Every experience has a purpose. The Welcome Home Gathering
Friday evening has one purpose: to exhale.
You arrive not as an attendee at a conference, but as a guest welcomed home. Mocktails are poured. Tea is warm. The Retreat Center glows with candlelight and the kind of feminine atmosphere that immediately tells your nervous system: you can let go now. You are safe here.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is performative. Just women beginning to gather β some who flew across oceans to be here, some who drove a few hours, all arriving carrying something they're ready to put down. The evening closes with a candlelit movement meditation designed to help you leave the outside world at the door and step fully into the magic of the weekend ahead.
The Awakening
Saturday is the heart of the retreat. Through live music, meditation, powerful conversations, and Crystal's signature Your Body Knowsβ’ truth-telling circle, you'll reconnect with the wisdom, clarity, and courage already living within you. This is where masks come off, walls come down, and women remember who they truly are.
Between transformational experiences, you'll gather for a beautiful homemade lunch over at Crystal's house lovingly prepared by Madelaine her daughter. Nourishing, delicious, and made with intention, it's more than a mealβit's part of the experience. By the end of the day, you'll feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself than you have in years.
The Bonfire Burning Ceremony
Some transformations can only happen in firelight, surrounded by women who witness you, held by the night sky above Crystal's historic home.
Together, in the warm glow of a bonfire, you will be invited to release everything you have been carrying that is no longer yours to carry.
This is not a ritual. It is the ancient, primal, deeply human act of releasing β of choosing the woman you are becoming over the story that has kept you small.

Sunday brings you back to the Retreat Centerβthe place where this journey began. But by now, something has shifted. You're standing taller, feeling lighter, and seeing yourself differently.
You'll spend the morning laughing, learning, and getting camera-ready with Julia as she guides you step-by-step, teaching you how to enhance your natural beauty in a way that feels fresh, radiant, and completely you.

Crystal's youngest is a firecracker. Julia is a celebrity makeup artist and global educator whose work has lit up some of the biggest stages in the world: she glammed Lizzo for the Met Gala and Saturday Night Live, worked on screen with Kim Kardashian, dazzled Paris Fashion Week, and toured the world with Avril Lavigne. She accomplished all of this before turning 22.
At the retreat, Julia brings that extraordinary gift home β leading a beauty and confidence experience designed specifically for women in their second act. Not about looking younger.
